My name is David Nelson and I have lived in the Puget Sound area of the Pacific Northwest most all of my life. I now live in Redmond Washington.
I am a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, FHA approved and on all the lenders approved lists. I have 10 years of experience appraising residential properties. I offer appraisal service for single family homes, condominiums, duplex, triplex and four-plex and manufactured homes.
